a) production inspection
Our specialist will visit the production factory, inspect the product, photograph it or make a video and prepare a detailed report for you. The task of our representative is to find out for you, the Customer, the most detailed information about the product, including all the features of the configuration and packaging. The inspection can be carried out as quickly as possible: from 2 days
б) product quality inspection
This type of inspection is usually carried out at the supplier's warehouse or at our foreign warehouse. This may be a full or partial inspection of the product. Large consignments of goods are mainly checked randomly: the GARANT Cargo’s inspector selects the goods at random and checks the quality of 10% of the lot. If a discrepancy is detected, most likely, this trend will extend to the entire batch.
When checking goods, we are guided by the principle of an individual approach. You give us the task of conducting an inspection and we will check everything you would like to know about your order.
In most cases, the main objectives of the test are whether the product meets the characteristics declared by the manufacture, appearance, build quality, performance and other parameters that you expect to receive from your order.
After inspecting the goods, the inspector draws up a detailed report with added photo and video materials for the customer. The product verification procedure takes from 30 minutes to 5 days, depending on the volume of the batch and the complexity of the verification.

You will have all the information about the product before shipment. If checking product items turns out that the product does not meet quality standards, you will know about it immediately and will be able to defend your interests with the supplier.
