How it works?
If you buy the product yourself:
1. Contact us and let us know what you bought and in what quantity
2. Choose the delivery method (by air, by sea, by railway or by truck) and indicate your receiving address in Ukraine
3. Receive a customer ID-code and the address of our foreign warehouse. Provide this information to your supplier
4. Our foreign warehouse will receive your cargo, carry out an actual verification of weight and volume with photo recording and organize its shipment to Ukraine with all customs procedures
5. We arrange delivery to Ukraine, customs clear and inform you about the arrival of the cargo
6. After receiving your payment for delivery, we ship your goods to the door of your warehouse or you pick up cargo at our warehouse in Kiev yourself
If we are the Importer of Recorder (IOR):
1. You select the desired product. Let us know about it by sending a link to the supplier’s website, indicating the quantity and additional characteristics
2. Pay the cost of the goods to our account
3. Our office contacts your supplier, agrees on bank details and other details and makes payment for the goods to the supplier's account
4. We constantly monitor communication with the supplier. After notifying him of the completion of production, our foreign office will arrange for the goods to be collected from our foreign warehouse
5. Our foreign warehouse will receive your cargo, carry out an actual verification of weight and volume with photo recording and organize its shipment to Ukraine with all customs procedures
6. We arrange delivery to Ukraine, customs clear and inform you about the arrival of the cargo
7. After receiving your payment for delivery, we ship your goods to the door of your warehouse or you pick up cargo at our warehouse in Kiev yourself
